Meet Bobbi Van Donsel
Bobbi has a wide background of races under her belt from the 600 meter dash to the 50K trail ultra.
She primarily enjoys using proper and thoughtful speedwork to develop an athlete for their race. With her background in bodywork and strength training, she also considers what other factors an athlete needs to achieve their goal.
Bobbi has been fortunate enough to have some of the most amazing coaches in the nation and takes her previous knowledge from training as well each individual athlete's needs into account for developing a program.
In high school and college she focused on cross country and mid distance sprinting finding speciality in the 600 and 800 meter run, in which she was able to travel nationally to compete in.
Post - collegiately she competed at the 2023 USATF Road Mile Championships running a 5 flat mile and has raced all the way up to a trail 50K in 5:00 hours. 5 is her number!
Personally, she holds her undergrad in Journalism. She's been a certified personal trainer and has helped people get stronger and injury free since 2017.
In 2022, she received her massage therapy certificate from Saint Paul College.
Currently, she is working towards her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine from Northwestern Health Sciences University.
